As a Customer Service Representative at Gregory Electric Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their interaction with our company. You’ll work closely with our technicians, scheduling team, and management to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with questions related to our services, scheduling, and billing.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, ensuring accurate service details.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Process billing inquiries and assist with invoicing questions.
  • Provide customers with information on service options and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and customer service software (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the electrical or home services industry is a plus.
