As a Customer Service Representative at Gregory Electric Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their interaction with our company. Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, ensuring accurate service details.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Process billing inquiries and assist with invoicing questions.
- Provide customers with information on service options and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and customer service software (preferred).
