We are seeking highly motivated Retail Assistant Store Manager professionals to join our DDM family!

Job seekers with a background as a Retail Sales Associate (2+ years experience), Assistant Retail Store Manager, Retail Shift Leader, or Retail Key Carrier would do well in these roles.

Duties

• Assist in daily operations and management of the store
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations
• Proficiency with administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management
