Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Administrative Shop Clerk to join their team. As an Administrative Shop Clerk, you will be part of the operations support team, assisting with various administrative and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Shop Clerk - Part Time

Location: Rock Springs, WY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 9am-2pm, part-time, 20 hours per week

What's the Job?

  • Manage purchasing activities including tracking purchases, purchase orders, and vehicle/equipment documents
  • Handle timekeeping for employees and assist with human resources tasks such as training tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for various operational needs
  • Support daily administrative tasks with a variety of responsibilities
  • Utilize computer software such as Word, Excel, and QuickBooks to perform job functions

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Required knowledge of IsNetWorld
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
