Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

1–3+ years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds
