Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all team members.
- Role model and coach, and hold team members accountable for standards.
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- One or more years of management experience, preferably in a fashion forward boutique
- Familiarity and comfort with sales in excess of $2 million annually
- Supremely organized and extremely good at multitasking
- Passion and can-do mindset
Assistant Manager Benefits
- A base salary of $37 to $42K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40-hour work week)
