Responsibilities – Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs
• Perform needs analysis including vehicle type, features, and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Present pricing and financing options in coordination with Sales Managers and F&I Managers
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and manufacturer programs
• Assist with paperwork and vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers
• Participate in training and team meetings
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales! If you have experience in retail, real estate, marketing, and/or customer service, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!

• Demonstrate hard work ethic and high energy
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Proven ability to prospect and sell in a team-oriented environment
• High School diploma or equivalent required, some college a plus!
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Computer proficient
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Ability to work retail days and hours of dealership
