Due to continued growth in sales, Isringhausen Imports' Mercedes-Benz Division needs to hire Sales Consultants. The ideal candidates will understand and be able to relay complex technology to customers and enjoy doing it. The individual we seek will be technically savvy and possess exceptional customer handling skills. We don’t overcrowd our floor. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Meet, greet and interact with customers effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive product information and a superior customer experience before, during and after the sales process which will drive loyalty to our dealership
• Provide and offer comprehensive product information throughout the sales process to customers, fully explaining features, applications, and benefits.
• Log all activity and client interactions in our CRM

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge on all vehicles.
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets as assigned by management.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
