Automotive Product Specialist
Full-Time Position

$25 - $30 Per Hour Based on Experience

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Product Specialist to join our dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys cars, technology, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the vehicle expert customers rely on. You’ll showcase our latest vehicles, demonstrate features and technology, answer questions, and help customers find the vehicle that’s right for them. You’ll work closely with our sales team to create an engaging experience that helps turn shoppers into happy owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Excite customers with engaging vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
• Showcase vehicle features, technology, safety systems, performance, and options.
• Help customers compare models and find the right vehicle for their needs.
• Support our sales team throughout the customer experience.
• Deliver new vehicles and provide customers with a thorough, personalized orientation.
• Help customers set up Bluetooth, mobile apps, connected services, and other technology.
• Stay up to date on new models, features, and automotive technology.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
• A friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to connect with customers and make complex features easy to understand.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
