About Jesse’s Garage

Jesse’s Garage is seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead its high-volume operation in Fort Myers, FL. This position pays $100,000–$125,000+ annually and follows a 5-day workweek with Monday–Saturday availability and a 6th day as needed. The operation handles 120+ vehicles per week with a $1,500 average repair order and is part of a growing multi-location business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume automotive repair shop.
• Manage shop KPIs, gross profit, scheduling, dispatching, and workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and support service advisors and automotive technicians.
• Drive team productivity, accountability, customer service, and profitability.
• Manage store-level performance and take ownership of results.
• Maintain efficient workflow while supporting quality repairs and customer service.
• Establish clear standards, structure, and consistency across the team.
• Manage store-level P&L performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive repair shop.
• Strong understanding of automotive shop KPIs, gross profit, and performance accountability.
• Proven experience leading service advisors and automotive technicians.
• Experience managing dispatching, scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day shop operations.
• Ability to work the stated 5-day schedule with Monday–Saturday availability and a 6th day as needed.
• Ability to lead with clear standards, structure, and consistency.
• European vehicle experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000–$125,000+ annually.
• 401(k) with Employer Match: 100% company match up to 4% after 6 months.
