Lead the Team. Run the Store. Own the Results.

First Automotive, part of The Collins Business Group, is seeking an experienced automotive leader who can take responsibility for the entire store.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to build a productive team, deliver excellent customer service, grow profitable sales, and keep a busy repair operation running smoothly. You’ll work directly with ownership, make sound daily decisions, and provide clear communication about results, challenges, and priorities.

If you have a track record of improving shop performance and developing the people around you, we want to hear from you.

How to Apply

Step 1: Submit your application and résumé.

Step 2: Complete a brief phone interview with ProMotive’s AI assistant, Paige. The interview takes approximately 10 minutes.

After applying, you’ll receive an automated text message with a phone number you can call at your convenience. Candidates who complete the Paige interview receive priority consideration.

  • Strengthen estimating, service recommendations, customer follow-up, and sales execution.

  • Resolve customer concerns and vendor issues professionally.

  • Maintain accurate repair orders, pricing, purchasing, payments, and documentation.

  • Communicate results, staffing needs, and action plans to ownership.

  • Strong customer communication, service sales, estimating, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable using shop-management software and digital vehicle inspection tools.

  • Organized, dependable, and capable of managing daily operations without constant direction.

  • Available for the full Monday-Friday schedule.

Be prepared to discuss specific examples of teams you have led, problems you have solved, and measurable results you have achieved.
