Department Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- QSR restaurant experience required with a drive-through
- Flexible schedule availability, including some nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Department Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate team members in kitchen, guest service, or people management departments
- Ensure high food quality, cleanliness, and strict adherence to food safety procedures
- Oversee customer service standards and support the team with menu knowledge, order accuracy, and drive-thru operations
