Entertainment Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FEC (Family Entertainment Center) management or a related role.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.


Entertainment Manager Preferred Background & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Entertainment Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of in-house gaming and attractions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement through promotions and special events.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and supplies, ordering replenishments as needed.
  • Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and team members.
