Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in luxury furniture retail or interior design sales. Preferably currently working at a luxury brand.
- Demonstrated success managing a retail showroom or sales team
- Existing trade network within Miami/South Florida
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver results
- Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills
Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Relationship-driven with an understanding of high net worth clientele
- Familiarity with luxury brand standards and showroom operations
Store Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and drive monthly revenue targets, optimizing store performance
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with local trade professionals
- Consistently deliver exceptional experiences for high net worth clients
- Train, coach, and develop two Assistant Store Managers to achieve high performance
- Uphold showroom standards and ensure adherence to brand pricing policies
- Provide structured monthly reporting to headquarters, including key performance indicators and action plans
