Material Handler – Beauty Distribution Center (Dallas, TX)

A leading national retail distribution center in Dallas, TX is seeking dependable, energetic Material Handlers to support store and e‑commerce fulfillment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and contributing to a high‑volume operation that ships products nationwide.

Dallas, TX – modern, distribution facility supporting nationwide retail and online orders.

Pay & Shifts

Material Handler Pay Rates:

  • 1st Shift — $17.05/hr

  • 2nd Shift — $18.25/hr

  • 3rd Shift — $18.05/hr

  • 4th Shift — $19.05/hr

Normal Schedules:

  • 1st Shift — Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift — Mon–Thurs | 4:30 PM–2:30 AM

  • 3rd Shift — Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • 4th Shift — Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Peak Schedules:

  • 1st: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • 2nd: Mon–Thurs | 4:30 PM–3:30 AM

  • 3rd: Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • 4th: Fri–Sat–Sun | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Overtime available during peak season.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick, pack, sort, and stage retail products

  • Use RF scanners (training provided)

  • Build pallets and organize inventory

  • Work around conveyors and manual pallet jacks

  • Load/unload product for store and online orders

  • Stay active with lifting, bending, walking, and reaching throughout the shift

What You Bring

  • Must be 18+

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Basic math skills

  • Warehouse or RF scanner experience is a plus

  • Must submit to a background check and drug screen

  • Willing to work overtime during peak season
