Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide leadership to the Pizza Shop.
- Train, coach, mentor team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
- Effectively manage COGs, labor, and restaurant expenses
- 3-5 years of Food Management experience in a resort or similar setting
- Pizza Kitchen experience with systems and controls
- Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
