WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Product Support Lead, you will oversee the daily business operations for the parts and service departments at the branch, and serve as the go-to contact for our customers to ensure we are providing an excellent experience. Every day you will lead the Product Support team to success, including prioritizing and scheduling work for Technicians, performing quotes for customers, processing customer orders, and more! To thrive in this role, you should have a winning attitude, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, and have a customer service mindset.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 or more years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a dealership parts or service department.
- Technical knowledge of all makes of heavy equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications associated with manufacturer parts, repair, and warranty.
Compensation: $25-40/hr (Depending on Experience)
