Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management Experience in casual or upscale, full-service background.
• Bar knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team 
• Possess a great leadership personality and have the ability to motivate a team
• Treat all employees with dignity and respect

Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• High energy with a lead-by-example attitude
• Developing the team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
• Support the team in providing an exceptional guest experience
• Hands-on leadership approach
• A minimum of 2+ years in a full-service restaurant
