We are currently seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented PART-TIME RETAIL GREETERS. Micro Center Bethel is looking for part-time Store Greeters to welcome customers at the entrance and help them navigate our newly remodeled store. This is a frontline, customer-facing role: greeters hand out a store map and assist customers in finding the right department.

This is a seasonal position with an anticipated duration of six (6) months. Successful performance may lead to consideration for future employment opportunities within the store.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer at the entrance with a friendly, helpful greeting.
• Hand out paper store maps and explain the high-level aisle categories.
• Direct customers to the correct department, especially those familiar with the prior store layout.
• Answer basic questions and escalate anything beyond locations to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance.

SCHEDULE

Store hours covered by this role are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday. Shifts are part-time, ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, and will be assigned from the blocks below based on availability:

• Morning shift: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
• Afternoon/evening shift: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
• Sunday shift: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may be split into two shorter shifts)

Weekend availability (including Saturday and Sunday) is required.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers throughout a shift.
• Reliable and punctual; able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with the store layout, or willingness to learn it during onboarding.
