Job Summary:
The Manager in Training (MIT) Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Regional Retail Event Marketing Manager. The MIT Retail Marketer will conduct product knowledge trainings, build relationships with retail store leaders, and collaborate with leaders to drive revenue from store teams.
