Retail Sales Clerk Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Build positive relationships and provide an outstanding shopping experience
- Answer customer questions and offer product recommendations based on their needs
- Upsell and recommend complementary products to maximize customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor remains organized and inviting
- Stay knowledgeable about products, features, and promotions
- Support store promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives
Retail Sales Clerk Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Retail Sales Clerk Schedules:
- Full time schedules
- Monday - Friday : 9am to 5:30pm
- Saturdays: 10am to 2pm
