- Ability to lead, guide, and supervise staff
- Strong communication skills with staff, management, and guests
- Visual merchandising experience with a track record of generating sales
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift or move items 25 pounds or more
- Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming zones for visitors and staff

- Answer guest questions regarding the facility, amenities, and retail offerings
