Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers select new and pre-owned vehicles
• Guide buyers through pricing, features, financing options, and trade evaluations
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle technology
• Follow up with leads from walk-ins, internet inquiries, phone calls, and referrals
• Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
• Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and promotions

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
