Job Overview:
The Sales Professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role focuses on selling premium wellness and leisure products—including hot tubs, swim spas, swimming pools, saunas, and related offerings—by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
In addition to sales responsibilities, this role supports daily store operations, including customer interactions, point-of-sale transactions, water testing and water chemistry assistance, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom environment.
Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hourly + Commission
