Store Manager

We are currently looking for Store Managers in Orange County!

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Operations & Leadership: Lead daily store operations, staff scheduling, customer service, and financial performance to drive store growth and profitability.
• Team Coaching & Culture: Mentor, train, and hold team members accountable while fostering a supportive, goal-driven, and "customer-first" environment.
• Service & Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of product quality, workplace safety, compliance, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Strategic Improvement: Analyze store metrics and environment to identify operational challenges and implement targeted action plans.
• District Collaboration: Work closely with District Managers to execute strategic decisions and expand the customer base across Orange County.

Store Manager Requirements:

• Experience & Availability: Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail management experience, with flexibility to work across any location in the assigned district or county.
• Leadership & Operational Skills: Proven ability to coach and develop team members, deliver constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and manage fast-paced store operations independently.
