Store Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications


  • 1–2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar guest-focused environments
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting or overseeing 10+ employees is a plus
  • Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable with basic maintenance and use of hand/power tools
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable in high-energy settings with lights, music, and special effects


Store Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar business tools
  • Experience in fast-paced attractions, fitness centers, or entertainment venues


Store Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily shift operations, delegating tasks and supporting team members for smooth experiences
  • Train and coach staff, reinforcing service and operational standards
  • Deliver positive, engaging customer service from check-in through guest departure
  • Manage check-ins, bookings, payments, and front-of-house transactions
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and escalate when needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and maintenance issues to ensure uninterrupted attractions
  • Maintain inventory systems and communicate supplies or maintenance needs to leadership
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized environment at all times
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive, solutions-oriented workplace
