Team Lead

Now Hiring Team Leads in Aurora/Plainfield Area

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Must be open to Overtime) 

Pay rate $19hr 

• Lead and support a team of associates during assigned shifts.
• Monitor daily production, productivity, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate operational updates and expectations to team members.
• Assist with resolving employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor attendance and report staffing concerns to management.
• Perform quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete reports and documentation as required.

• Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
