Service Center Shop Lead Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a service team in a shop
  • Strong commitment to serving customers with urgency and focus
  • Ability to maintain high standards of responsiveness, honesty, and integrity
  • Oversee daily duties of mechanics, shop helpers, and parts department representatives
  • Serve as the final quality authority for all repair and service work. 
  • Perform in-process and final inspections. 
  • Ensure repairs meet OEM specifications and internal standards. 
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment operations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster teamwork
