Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians to achieve individual and team success.
• Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.
• Manage daily shop operations, workflow, scheduling, and staffing to maintain an efficient service department.
• Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships to support daily operations.
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), shop performance, and operational goals.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused, integrity-driven approach to service recommendations.
• Represent AutoStream Car Care Center within the Annapolis community and support local customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of automotive management or service leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience using shop management software and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to manage workflow, budgets, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for the automotive industry and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
